* All commissions require signed contract.

* Commissions require 25% upfront payment at time of contract agreement and prior to start of work.

* Murals require 50% upfront payment at time of contract agreement and prior to start of work.

* Final payments are due upon completion of work.

* Upfront payments are non-refundable

* Cancellations must occur within 72hrs of contract agreement
